Tito Bothelo Martins Junior leaving Hydro board

Tito Bothelo Martins Junior, who recently left Vale S.A to pursue a position outside the Vale-group, has resigned from the Board of Directors of Norsk Hydro ASA with immediate effect.

Martins has been on Hydro's Board of Directors since 2011.
